At Bleach Hair Addiction, we value both our clients' time and our stylists' time. To ensure we can provide the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all clients review and adhere to the following policies:

Deposits

To secure your appointment, a deposit may be required for select services, including but not limited to color services, balayage, blonding services, extensions, corrective color, and appointments exceeding two hours.

• Deposits are applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you provide the required notice to reschedule.

• Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or appointment rescheduling.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice may transfer their deposit to a future appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

• Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments with insufficient notice may be required to prepay future services in full.
